Política de reembolso
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at osamiustore@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software or digital products
- Items marked as final sale
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at osamiustore@gmail.com.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at osamiustore@gmail.com.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
